My name is Laurine Carceles, I am in the second year of a 5-year program, I am expected to graduate in 2021. My school is located in Paris: it’s called EBS. I am interested in fashion, marketing and photography. I am fluent in French and Spanish and I speak English at an intermediate level. A couple years ago, I used to rock climb. It helped me to develop team spirit and trust in my coworkers.
Since the beginning of 2017 I have worked at my city market selling cheese on Saturdays and on Sunday mornings. I am used to talking with clients and helping them to chose their products. I love my job because I love what I am selling and because I love to complete the transaction because it means that I have accomplished my mission. My job confirms my skills in terms of motivation and maturity.
I am passionate about photography, I am the vice-president of the photography/media organization of my school, it is called Catch-it. We catch all the important moments of our student life. When I travel, I always have my camera with me. I post all my pictures on Instagram since 2012. I have different subjects, it can be persons, things or landscapes, in color or in black and white. I would like to start taking picture of the city and the sky by night, but first, I have to improve my skills. I use different types of cameras such as old Polaroids from the 90’s. It creates a wonderful atmosphere.
